Several large trees needed to be felled on Osney Island in Oxford. As the island is surrounded by water a crane was used to lift the tree sections and brush to the trucks and chipper for removal.
We were asked to pollard a number of willow trees that were adjacent to the river in Oxford. This would help the health of the tree and also maintain the flow of the river without any obstructions.
A large walnut tree needed to be felled in sections in Tetsworth, South Oxfordshire. The careful work was carried out slowly to remove the tree section by section due to the limited surrounding space.
We prune and trim hedges and decorative plants. We were called to prune some large plants in an old garden in Towersey where we restored plants shape with a pruning.
